Senior Recruitment Consultant - Change specialist

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in Change and Transformation recruitment for our London team at Eames Consulting. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top talent for key transformation projects, and supporting organisations as they undergo major changes.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally specialising in Change Management, Transformation, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of change and transformation processes, including experience working with roles like Change Managers, Transformation Leads, Programme Managers, and Process Improvement Specialists.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and candidates.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns and delivering results, meeting targets, and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
