The Role

• Manage and grow a warm construction recruitment desk (contract or perm)
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across the UK
• Source, interview, and place high-quality candidates in construction roles
• Drive business development and maximise revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with a successful, experienced team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency side)
• A strong track record of billing success
• Confidence in business development and client relationship building
• Passion for recruitment and the construction industry
