Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies with offices nationwide and in New York, is growing our Construction, Trades & Labour team in Leeds! We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who's ready for a fast-track route into leadership.

Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience within a 360 recruitment role.
- A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
- Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

What you'll be doing:
- Proactively generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates
