Annual bonus + Hybrid

headquartered in London, specialising in the Gas, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical, Construction,
Civil, and Structural Engineering markets and have developed strong client relationships
nationally, and are set to expand their London team.

Role Overview:

Searching for dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultants to join
the Contract or Permanent team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a
minimum of 2 years’ experience, you will be at the forefront of identifying and
connecting with highly skilled technical, Construction professionals and
clients on a global scale. Your role includes sourcing, attracting, and
engaging candidates and clients through diverse channels.​

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

·        Negotiate offers and terms of employment between
clients and candidates.

·        Collaborate with clients to understand specific
needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

·        Present qualified candidates to clients,
facilitating the interview and selection process.

·        Expand accounts within Gas, Renewable Energy,
Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical, Construction, Civil, and Structural
Engineering markets Work with delivery teams to conduct comprehensive searches
globally.

·        Develop and maintain a proactive network of
potential candidates and clients.

·        Utilise various sourcing methods to identify top
talent.

·        Screen and assess candidates for specific roles
and client requirements.

·        Build and maintain strong candidate
relationships, guiding the recruitment process.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, market
conditions, and emerging recruitment strategies.

·        Participate in regular in -house and external
training programs.

Requirements:

·        Previous experience as a recruitment consultant,
Gas, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical, Construction,
Civil, and Structural Engineering markets

·        Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques:
internet search, social media, and telephone outreach.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.

·        Proven ability to assess candidates' technical
skills and qualifications.

·        Demonstrated negotiation skills.

·        Self -motivated and driven to meet and exceed recruitment
targets.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, dynamic
environment.

·        Strong organisational and time management
skills.
