Senior Recruiter - Project Engineering Division - Control Systems / Automation

Our project engineering / construction teams within Life Sciences and Energy sectors are two of our top performing parts of X4 currently, so we are looking to bring on permanent and contract recruitment consultants who are keen to join a fast-paced and high performance environment.

You will be based in London, Victoria Embankment which is close to Blackfriars, Temple, Covent Garden, Waterloo and the City.

You will be working for two of our top sales leaders in the business, we are looking for either graduate or experienced individuals to join with a passion to learn, work hard and become a go-to person in the Control Systems / automation market.

Character traits of yours we’d want to explore further:

If you have experience, you will enjoy new client development, can demonstrate track record of winning new business
Can manage own time effectively
Can manage multiple systems, CRMs effectively, including hotlist development, client and candidate management, have structure to how you work
Strong on LinkedIn (in terms of outreach / personal brand) or creative in other areas to attract new business / good candidates
Understands the importance of phone calls / video meets. Our top performers on are regularly on the phone engaging with clients/candidates – not relying on emails/linkedin messages.
