What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in education recruitment (or similar)

• A strong record of business development and client retention

• Driven, competitive and results-focused individuals

• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

• High professional standards and a strong personal drive

What You’ll Get:

• Base salary: £30,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

• Uncapped commission structure - no threshold, no ceiling. Earn commission from day one!

• Realistic OTE: £75,000 - £150,000+

• Yearly target based bonus' and whole team bonus' available
