• Smash your targets - meet weekly activity goals and consistently deliver on sales and gross profit.
• Know your numbers - stay on top of KPIs, manage your pipeline, and keep your CRM updated and accurate.
• Be a team player - get involved in briefs, contribute to team meetings, and share your knowledge to support others.
• Keep clients switched on - run review meetings, gather feedback, and breathe life back into dormant accounts.
