The opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Management Consultancy Recruiter to join our entrepreneurial team based in London (hybrid)

What you will be doing:

This is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role. You will spend time selling and delivering retained and contingency recruitment solutions to consultancy clients across the UK and internationally.
You may get the opportunity to spend periods working in-house or 'embedded' owning the delivery of multiple hires end-to-end within a consultancy, managing a diverse set of business stakeholders (however this is not something we insist on)
You will be hands-on managing every element of the process from sourcing leads to delivering great hires
Be the first point of call for hiring manager challenges
Peer with other recruiters across Alvarium Talent, and our client's organisations

Skills, Experience and Mindset required:

A minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience (agency/executive search/RPO/in-house)
Existing client and candidate relationships across the consulting industry in the UK or overseas (management consultancy/technology consulting & services/specialist boutiques)
Confident in managing the delivery of multiple concurrent roles from taking a brief, planning sourcing activity, sourcing, screening CVs, and managing candidate experience and journey. You will be confident planning and facilitating candidate selection, advising and informing stakeholders throughout the process
You will bring an entrepreneurial mindset an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others
