Developing relationships with Manufacturing and Engineering clients across the North West
Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
Managing the recruitment from qualifying new clients through to offer and placements
Becoming a recognised specialist within your market
Negotiating fees and terms of business to maximise commercial performance
Building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and future opportunitiesWho Are We Looking For:

Previous experience working within a 360 recruitment role
Strong business development and management skills
A proactive and commercially driven approach
The ability to grow and build a desk
