At Novax Recruitment Group, we've been building successful careers in recruitment for over 5 years. With a strong foothold in both the UK and US construction and civil engineering markets, we're expanding-and looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to lead from the front in our UK division.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the construction and civil engineering sectors

• Growing and developing a warm UK desk with long-standing client relationships

• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team performance

• Working closely with directors to shape growth strategies

• Option to transition into our US division if you're looking for international experience

• Proven experience in recruitment (ideally construction or civils)

• A strong billing history and a passion for business development

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment

• Leadership potential or existing mentoring experience is a bonus

• £35,000 basic salary + market-leading commission structure (up to 40%)
