Senior Refrigeration Engineer

We’re working with a well-established client that provides energy-saving solutions to some of the biggest names in hospitality, food retail, and food production. They’re looking to add a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to their team in Stokesley.

This is a hands-on role that offers variety and responsibility - from site maintenance and emergency call-outs to supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to international projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Attending planned maintenance and emergency breakdown visits across a range of client sites
• Supporting and mentoring other engineers, including delivering technical training
• Occasionally travelling overseas to support international operations
• Working closely with other departments to help deliver ongoing projects
• Suggesting and contributing to improvements in systems and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration
• F-Gas certification (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Confident in training and mentoring others
• A flexible approach, with a willingness to travel internationally when needed
• Full UK driving licence

• Stokesley, North Yorkshire
• Salary: £60,000 per annum
• Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm)
• Occasional international travel required
