Senior Regional Property Manager MRICS

Your new company

Hays is working in partnership with a boutique London Asset Management firm to recruit a Senior Regional Property Management Surveyor to look after their Scottish portfolio of commercial property.

Your new role

This role will entail the usual responsibilities of Commercial Property Management but comes with a huge amount of autonomy.

You will be client facing and be responsible for managing contractors and services on the properties. You will be visiting each of the properties when required but will be responsible for managing your own diary.

This role is a first for the client. Due to continuing success, they are expanding so this position is likely to grow over time and has no glass ceiling in terms of promotion opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be 3+ years MRICS and has a strong network of contacts in the Scottish property industry.

You will be a self-starter and be able to think creatively to effectively and efficiently manage the portfolio of properties.

You will report to the Directors in London who regularly visit Scotland. There is no fixed base so there is a lot of flexibility in the role but there are office facilities in the buildings owned by the client.

You will need to be confident in your own ability and decision-making without requiring regular direction.
