I am working with a well-established and respected law firm in the heart of Leeds, who are seeking an experienced Senior Remortgage Fee Earner to join their busy and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing your own caseload of remortgage matters from instruction through to completion.
Liaising with clients, lenders, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of cases.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the remortgage process.
Providing a high standard of client care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience handling remortgage files independently.
Strong technical knowledge of the remortgage process and lender requirements.
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
