Senior Reporting Manager (Director grade) - Listed Financial Services - City of London

c.£120k + 20% bonus + 6% pension + PMI + big corporate benefits package

A unique opportunity to join a double-digit growth, recently listed Financial Services company that is the market leader in their space and expanding rapidly on a global scale.

This newly created Director-level position will report into an impressive Head of Reporting (the 2ic to the Group FD) helping to establish and scale the Group Group Reporting function as the company continues an extensive acquisition spree and continues to enter new countries.

With just under £2Bn revenue, the business has had annual double-digit growth in revenue and profit for the last several years - and there is never a dull moment in Group Finance due to several acquisitions over the last few years. There is an opportunity to grow a team in the near future, as they build a finance function fit to scale into a larger, listed business.

This broad role will cover reviewing of financial statements, quarterly management accounts and management reports, sustainability and corporate reporting, monthly analytical reviews, acquisition accounting/integration and various system and process improvement projects. You will get exposure across the c-suite in this HQ, up to Group CFO/CEO level.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• A qualified ACA with several years PQE
• Senior Manager level or above in the big 4, with Financial Services experience
• Experience co-ordinating large, global teams
• Good technical knowledge of IFRS
