Senior Research Analyst - digital consulting

• Conduct independent, creative research and market analysis to support the breadth of digital consulting offerings.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to identify pressing research needs.
• Develop standardized research products for ongoing business development, client delivery, and marketing campaigns focused on Digital Innovation, Cloud & Infrastructure, Tech Modernisation, AI & Data, and Cyber.
• Lead the creation of insights into leading technologies across various industries.
• Manage a use-case library of technology applications and integrate evolving market dynamics.
• Develop technology-focused viewpoints, identify target companies, and build insights into value creation opportunities.
• Analyse competitor and market intelligence in technology practices; produce reports and presentations with findings.
• Identify new business opportunities driven by changes in business, technology, and industry dynamics.
• Provide pitch support to the Performance and Technology service line.

• Professional experience in a research or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of tech / digital industry particularly professional services.
• Strong judgement, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to team success.
• Curious mindset with a desire to innovate and improve practices for the research team.
• Flexible and versatile, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at multitasking and prioritizing projects during peak times.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate and present research findings to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
