Senior Research Exec Quant

Job Title: Senior Research Executive (Quantitative)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits
Location: Holborn, London
Office Days: 2-3 days per week (typically Wednesday & Thursday)

About the Role:
A rapidly growing research agency is looking for a proactive and motivated Senior Research Executive to join the team. You'll work alongside senior leadership to support the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with global brands across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project logistics, including research design, fieldwork management, and reporting.
• Write and program questionnaires in online platforms (with guidance).
• Analyze data and contribute to the development of actionable insights.
• Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to solving research challenges.
• Create compelling, human-first narratives to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members across quantitative and qualitative teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years' experience in a quantitative research role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Degree in social sciences, marketing, statistics, or English (preferred).
• Experience with questionnaire writing, data analysis, and report writing.
• Familiarity with fieldwork management, including data cleaning and liaising with recruitment partners.
• Proficiency with survey programming (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar).
• Experience with software like Q, SPSS, Excel, or similar tools.
