Senior Residential Conveyancer

Position: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £65,000
Experience Required: Solicitor / Legal Executive (CILEx) / Licensed Conveyancer (2-5 Years PQE)
Working Pattern: Full-time - office-based

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with an award-winning, high street law firm based in Bristol, now expanding their Residential Property Team due to continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a firm that places high-quality service, communication, and professionalism at the centre of everything they do. The team handle a broad mix of transactions - from first-time buyer purchases to high-value deals and portfolio clients.

You will join a well-supported, forward-thinking team that blends traditional client service with efficient use of junior fee-earners and legal tech.

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion

• Handle a variety of matters including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  • Unregistered land

  • Remortgages

  • Transfers of equity

  • Right to Buy and equity release

• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders in the conveyancing chain

• Ensure compliance with CQS, SRA, AML and Solicitors’ Accounts Rules

• Supervise and support junior members of the team where required

• Maintain excellent file management and client care standards

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years' PQE

• Confident handling a varied conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal

• Excellent attention to detail and methodical file management

• A team player who values collaboration, high standards, and service delivery

• Proficient in using case management systems and conveyancing technology
