Job Description - Senior Residential Conveyancer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling law Firm based in Leigh. They are looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £30K - £55K annum DOE

This is on a hybrid basis after probation.

Responsibilities as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved conveyancing processes.
  • Dealing with general conveyancing tasks.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of residential property law and changes in legislation.
About you as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX), with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
