Senior Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid) - Canterbury - £55k - £65k per annum + benefits

Our client is a well-respected Law Firm based in Canterbury; due to continued success they are expanding their team and recruiting for an experience Senior Residential Conveyancer.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a caseload, be able to demonstrate your experience in leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work
• Be working in a challenging, fast-moving professional environment.
• You will be joining a busy conveyancing team
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients

• Previous experience within a similar position is essential
• Be an excellent team player
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Enjoy working in a challenging and friendly environment
