Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client, recognised as a leading firm by The Legal 500, are seeking a senior residential property solicitor to manage a team of 5 junior lawyers. The successful candidate will deal with residential property work, predominately shared ownership transactions (purchases, sales, staircasing, lease extensions etc).

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience and expertise in their field. This role would not be suitable for somebody not seeking 'hands on' opportunities. This role will be primarily office based, with 1 day per week remote.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

The hiring firm are a niche practice, recognised for it's high quality commercial work. The residential conveyancing department (particularly around shared ownership work) is highly regarded throughout England and Wales, but centred on London.
