I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Property Solicitor (8+ years PQE) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer who is confident handling a wide range of real estate transactions and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

The role will involve:

Advising on and managing residential property matters, including leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, lease extensions, transfers of ownership and leasehold enfranchisement.
Taking on a variety of commercial property transactions.
Overseeing compliance and renewals with CQS, Lenders Exchange and LMS.
Handling probate-related property sales, working closely with executors, beneficiaries, and the firm’s private client team.
Drafting and advising on Declarations of Trust relating to co-ownership, family contributions and estate planning.

What we’re looking for:

A qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE in property law.
Strong technical expertise across both residential and some commercial property.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Business development capability – candidates with an existing following or proven ability to generate new work will be at a distinct advantage.
