Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to lead and inspire a successful team in a modern and forward-thinking law firm?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience to join and lead a residential property team. This role would suit a proactive individual with a strong background in conveyancing and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

The Role
As a senior member of the team, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and new builds.

- Supervise and support junior staff within the team, providing mentoring and oversight.
- Play an active role in team development and maintaining high service standards.
- Work closely with leadership to help drive innovation and client satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with:
- 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Demonstrable experience managing a broad caseload with minimal supervision.
- The ability to lead, supervise, and inspire junior team members.
- A commercial and client-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a "can-do" attitude.
