Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
OTE: Up to £38,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month on a rota basis (day off in the week)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected estate agency with decades of industry expertise. They are looking for an experienced Residential Valuer to join their successful branch. This is a key client-facing role, focused on converting valuations into instructions, generating new business opportunities, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through valuations and proactive client engagement
• Attend residential properties to provide accurate and informed market appraisals
• Convert valuation opportunities into high-quality sales instructions
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships
• Meet personal and branch sales targets
• Utilise CRM systems, property portals, and social media effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Residential Valuer within an Estate Agency (essential)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proven ability to manage your own diary and generate leads
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Willingness to work one Saturday per month, with a day off in the week
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
