A prestigious boutique firm based in Central London is currently seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with over 8 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) properties.

The successful Senior Residential Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload, focusing on HNW and UHNW properties. You will work closely with clients to manage high-value transactions, ensuring the smooth progression of each case. You will also provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law and contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm's residential property department.

To be considered for the role of Senior Residential Property Solicitor, you must have:

• 8+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Residential Property Solicitor
• Strong expertise in handling HNW and UHNW properties
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent client relationship skills, with experience working with high-profile clients
• In-depth knowledge of residential property law and regulations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
