Position : Senior Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
-Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
-Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to optimize cost control
-Implement and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
-Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of performance
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
-Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
-Drive sales and revenue through strategic initiatives and promotional activities
Requirements:
-Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
-Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and empowerment
-Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
-Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
