Senior Restructuring Solicitor

• Use legal expertise to analyse relevant capital structure and legal documentation in order to successfully identify restructuring opportunities for the firm
• Create and manage a 'market watchlist' of financially distressed companies
• Analyse financial instruments (including high-yield bonds & leveraged loans) to produce covenant analysis.
• Researching, preparing and pitching client information

• Qualified Solicitor 4 years and above PQE
• Been a Senior Restructuring Solicitor at a similar leading law firm.
