About the role

The Senior Retail Experience Creative Manager  will be responsible for the origination, creation and delivery of new Retail concepts and formats both for Store Design, VM and Events. 

Working on strategical touchpoints indicated by senior stakeholders,  you will translate Charlotte’s vision and ethos into an exceptional Retail Theatre on line and off line, captivating the shopper, ensuring a fully 360 experience, fostering engagement, brand love, loyalty and profitability.

As a Senior Retail Experience Creative Manager you will

  • Particularly focused on the new customer journey, after aligning with different stakeholders both in Global and Regional teams, the Sr. Retail Experience Creative Manager will translate the brief into new concepts, retail formats and events   to elevate globally the brand proposition & brand experience, achieve new and different distribution across physical and digital touchpoints;
  • Partnering with our Tech, Digital, UX, Store Design and VM  teams, you will understand and propose meaningful innovation in retail technology and will include it into the design process, to keep the brand ahead of the competition;
  • You must be able to design and propose a complete 360 Retail Theatre, considering e-comm, social media, gaming, etc..and including physical and digital retailtainment;
  • In collaboration with the Global Events Team, design and support the regions with the most unforgettable interactive events, to mesmerize our customers and foster virality;
  • Be the best partner and engage with all functions in and out the team through solid collaboration to deliver & maintain excellence;
  • Identify and propose areas of improvements to increase visibility, emotions, engagement , advocacy and repetition  at the point of sale, pushing the customer from off line to online and viceversa;
  • You must be able to produce clear guidelines to motivate and excite the regions in the implementation of the different projects;
  • Ensuring constant optimisation of work tools, processes and communication;
  • Proactively monitoring and engaging a list of preferred and reliable partners  to ensure we will always anticipate trends and customer behaviours;
  • Ability to balance art and commerce, and show creative vision that supports and

·       drives commercial results

 

 

Who you will work with

·       You will be reporting to the Head of Retail Experience

About you

·       Proven experience of retail / digital / scenography 3D design  experience in retail or tech  design agencies, luxury beauty or fashion brands preferred

·       Mandatory 3D software design skills: SketchUp , 3D Max or Cinema 4D preferred

·       Good knowledge of Graphic Design and use of the Adobe Creative suite with Mandatory Photoshop-Illustrator and basic InDesign.

·       Interior design, Architecture, Product Design, Arts or 3D digital / motion graphic degree.

·       Global experience especially across Asian markets preferred

·       Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with Executives and Directors

·       Emotional Intelligence and empathy to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers

·       Excellent communication skills, creative, open-minded and naturally innovative

·       Flexible in processes and ways of working, thinking out of the box

·       Daring attitude, able to take risks

·       Team player

·       Ambitious and driven with an impeccable work ethic and commercial business acumen

·       Professional attitude and a real pride in quality of work

·       A solution focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure

·       Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines

·       Superior written and organisational skills, able to delegate and build trustful relationship

·       Strong understanding of current beauty and fashion trends
