Senior Retrofit Assessor/ Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Retrofit Assessor/ Manager to join a leading Property Services company based in Peterborough on a permanent contract

You will:

• Conduct detailed retrofit assessments on residential properties.
• Identify and recommend energy efficiency improvements in line with PAS 2035.
• Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, and Installers.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and ensure accurate data collection.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders to ensure a smooth assessment process.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.

We are looking for:

• Certified Retrofit Assessor with experience in domestic energy efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit best practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough property assessments and produce clear reports.
• Excellent communication skills and experience liaising with stakeholders.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
