Ready to take your Revit career to the next level?Build Recruitment is working with a rapidly growing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Revit Technician to join its expanding Digital Engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MEP / Building Services Revit professional who wants more than just producing drawings. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects, play a key role in BIM delivery, mentor junior team members and help shape the way the business continues to develop its digital engineering capabilities.

You’ll work across an exciting and varied project portfolio spanning healthcare, infrastructure, nuclear, rail, industrial, commercial and residential, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and work on technically challenging projects.

The RoleYou’ll take a lead role in the delivery of complex Revit models, from initial project set-up through to completion, while working closely with engineers, consultants, contractors and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading complex MEP Revit models from set-up through to final delivery.
Producing and reviewing high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
Coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving clashes/issues.
Supporting and leading BIM coordination meetings.
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and intermediate technicians.
Ensuring projects meet ISO 19650, BIM and client standards.
Developing Revit families, templates and content libraries.
Helping improve BIM processes, workflows and technical standards across the business.What We're Looking ForWe’re keen to speak with experienced Senior Revit Technicians / BIM Technicians from an MEP or Building Services background who are looking for their next challenge.

You’ll ideally have:

Strong, proven experience using Autodesk Revit within MEP / Building Services.
Experience managing complex models and producing high-quality technical output.
Strong understanding of construction methods and Building Regulations.
Experience coordinating with multiple disciplines.
The confidence to mentor others and take ownership of project delivery.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and consultants.
Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/CDE would be advantageous.
Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes.
The ability to obtain relevant security clearance where required.What's On Offer? £40,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience
