We are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of parental leave. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analysis and creating tools to enhance the delivery of our total reward proposition, working closely with our Senior Manager, Reward.
You will work across compensation, benefits, and share plans, providing analytical and operational support to drive engagement in our total reward package. You will offer reward expertise across the People team—including our People Partnering and Talent Acquisition teams—and collaborate with wider business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, coherent, and well-executed approach to total reward.
What you’ll be doing:
You will analyse people and key business data to provide data-driven insights to support decision making. Regular activities include:
Providing pay benchmarking and guidance on pay band decisions
Identifying trends in the market that will enhance our ability to attract top talent
Providing in-depth analysis to support reward governance activities (including gender pay gap reporting) as well as any new legislative requirements
Ensuring that data is prepared for both internal and external use to enable cyclical processes to run efficiently (including data for RSU grants) identifying and implementing processes improvements where possible
Tracking share plan usage and forfeiture including preparing reports for cross-functional review
Key focuses for this role over the six month period will be:
Preparing RSU and LTIP details for grants
Preparing data for salary survey submission
Conducting gender pay gap analysis calculations and identifying trends from the data
Supporting with budget models for the annual salary review
Conducting pay band position modelling
Starting the preparation for the 2027 pay band review
Supporting with the Sharesave 2026 launch
Setting up the process for our promotion and RSU processes
Who you are:
Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline
In-depth knowledge of key reward and HRIS processes and concepts
Expertise working with people data and people systems / HRIS (currently Sage HR)
Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner
Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate cross-functionally
Ability to work autonomously and learn new skills and concepts rapidly
Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
Collaborative team player with a strong service orientation and a solutions-focused mindset
Ability to rethink the status quo, proactively providing suggestions to how we can work smarter or initiatives we can take to improve the employee experience.
