We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reward Specialist to join the HR Reward and Performance centre of expertise (CoE) at National Highways.
The Senior Reward Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of National Highways’ reward arrangements, from working with external stakeholders to writing Remuneration Committee papers and completing market benchmarking.
The role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with a combination of office and remote working. You will be required to attend the Birmingham office at least 2 days per week.
