An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Risk Management professional with experience in the Lloyd’s/London Market to join a dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and strengthening the organisation's risk framework and culture. Key responsibilities include:

? Supporting the development and execution of the annual risk management plan
? Leading the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process using a GRC system
? Contributing to the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report
? Monitoring and assessing emerging risks, including ESG and climate-related exposures
? Providing risk expertise and challenge across strategic business initiatives
