Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior or Deputy Manager to join our 3-bed EBD children's home in Bristol — with a clear progression plan to become the Registered Manager within 6 to 9 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it remains compliant with Ofsted standards

• Work closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team to drive best practices

• Provide guidance and leadership to a committed team of care professionals

• Support care planning, staff supervision, and safeguarding procedures

• Ensure the emotional, social, and developmental needs of the children are fully met

Requirements:

• Hold a QCF Level 4 in Children & Young People or be actively working towards it

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential childcare setting

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, children’s legislation, and quality standards

• A commitment to nurturing, trauma-informed care approaches
