Senior Sales

We are looking for a Senior sale, who is passionate and skilled in men's and women's formal wear to join team at the store in Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Quest Search and selection is partnering with a heritage British Formal wear brand, celebrated for its craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Sales role:

1. Support customers in choosing the perfect shirts and suits tailored to their personal preferences and the occasion.
2. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, taking ownership of the formalwear department to drive sales, meet targets, and deliver on KPIs.
3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of different suit styles, cuts, and fabric options.
4. Offer advice on personalisation and customisation features.
5. Take precise measurements and ensure an impeccable fit for both tailored and ready-to-wear formalwear.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
7. Act as a brand ambassador, setting the standard through professionalism and expertise.

To be successful in this Senior Sales role:

1. Ideally having 1-2 years' experience in formal menswear or women's wear retail sales& customer service experience.
2. experience in tailoring is preferred
3. Genuine passion for fashion, particularly formalwear
4. Strong interest in building client relationships.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Sharp attention to detail with a focus on quality.
7. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
