Senior Sales Administrator

We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to manage the sourcing and supply of materials, tools, and equipment across multiple sites. You’ll be the vital link between our site teams, suppliers, and logistics partners—ensuring everything arrives on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming queries via phone, email, and in-person to support material and service requirements.
• Source and purchase materials, tools, and plant equipment aligned with project demands and budgets.
• Schedule and track deliveries to meet tight project timelines.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support sustainability initiatives by tracking key metrics like fuel usage and timber spend.
• Resolve purchase order queries and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Collaborate closely with site teams to understand and fulfil material needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
• Experience in civil engineering or construction (advantageous)
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering or hydraulics (beneficial)
