Senior Sales Administrator

Senior Sales Administrator | Widnes | Permanent | Up to £33k DOE

Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently hiring for Senior Sales Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation operating in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key duties:

* Maintain regular communication with customers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery schedules.

* Liaise with Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams to manage stock shortages and delivery expectations.

* Maintain customer records, pricing and sales documentation within the ERP system.

* Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes.

* Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where appropriate.

* Oversee the UK Orders inbox and ensure all queriers are responded too within a timely manner.

* Process customer credit notes in accordance with company procedures.

* Create training materials and support onboarding of new team members.

* Build effective working relationships across departments to support business objectives.

What we’re looking for:

* Experience within an Internal Sales or Sales Operations environment.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.
