Senior Sales & Retention Assistant (Magazine Subscriptions)

The Senior Sales and Retention Assistant will assist the Global Sales and Retention Manager in the performance management of the sales and retention teams.

You will focus on maximising the save rates of our global magazine subscribers and retaining existing customers, to maximise value and reduce turnover.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Sales and Retention Team Leader, you will oversee the daily running of the Global Cancel Save team. You will;

• Manage a team of sales and retention professionals to reach targets and ensure successful performance against KPI's
• Mentor, coach, and motivate a team of Sales & Retention specialists to achieve personal and team targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and escalations related to subscription cancellations.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• Experience in a sales or retention role, with experience achieving targets.
• Leadership and coaching abilities, with experience motivating and developing teams.
• Experience within a customer service facing role.
• Experience delivering performance improvements through development of both people and processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
