Senior Sales Associate Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: £25,500 - £26,500

• Provide detailed and tailored support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Qualify, develop, and convert inbound sales opportunities from both new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to proactively uncover new business opportunities.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing customers, including onboarding new SaaS clients.
• Provide assistance and support to sales team members as needed.
• Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Analyse customer behaviour to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and report findings to sales managers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to corporate clients via phone, email, or online chat.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of interactions with existing and prospective clients.
• Resolve queries and handle complaints efficiently.
• Manage sales order processing and data entry.
• Produce, analyse, and submit reports to the wider sales team or specified key contacts.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, addressing urgent concerns without compromising day-to-day operations. Requirements:
