Job Description - Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Title: Senior Sales & Business Development Manager
Company: High-End Catering Company based in SW London
Salary: up to £60k plus bonus (depending on experience)

Overview of the company: One of London's most prestigious event caterers. High end quality food is at the forefront of their events. This caterer works across all of the large scale and 'Unique Venues of London' spaces.

The Role:
To work closely with the Sales Director and Head of Sales to maximise business via direct enquiries, agencies and venues. They are looking for someone who is experienced within high end catering, has a broad knowledge of London event venues and is a creative superstar who has planned both luxury and large events within London.

Take the lead on new enquiries, taking clients through the sales process including creating bespoke quotations through to contracts and planning of events.
Identify the clients needs and put together creative ideas for their event including menus, entertainment and decor
Identify new business opportunities through proactive, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Maintain venue relations and look for new venue partnership opportunities including any UVL venues they are not currently partnered with
Engage with agencies to maximise the potential of enquiries for both corporate and private events
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the catering or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of high-end catering services and luxury hospitality market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A real team player with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and passion for delivering exceptional events.
