Xpress Labels is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Label (Sales) Consultant to join our expanding team at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, dynamic, and passionate about making connections — someone who can own the entire sales cycle and become a trusted voice for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new clients, building both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
• Use a consultative, solutions-based sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored label solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process — from initial contact through to delivery — ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
• Create high-impact, professional sales proposals using a variety of technologies, clearly showcasing Xpress Labels’ unique value proposition.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to help shape and strengthen our overall sales strategy.
• Accurately manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, maintaining clear and up-to-date records.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in a senior sales role, with a track record of winning new business and nurturing client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging clients at all levels.
• The ability to create compelling and professional sales proposals, leveraging multiple technologies to highlight Xpress Labels’ high quality product.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
