This is a new opening for an experienced Senior Sales Co-Ordinator who would like to join a successful local business that has been established for many years, the role requires excellent communication and organisation skills.

Some of your duties will include:

- Receiving orders from customers by telephone, email and via the internet and inputting on computer system

- Allocating stock required to meet client needs and forwarding orders to the Warehouse for despatch

- Preparing required paperwork to accompany orders including packing notes and instructions

- Tracking orders that have been processed from instigation stage through to successful delivery

- Raising client invoices on the accounts system and recording details of payments received

- Managing any order queries that occur and ensuring all issues are investigated and resolved
