08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 14:30 Friday (flexibility required)

Job Description:
The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while also nurturing and growing existing customer accounts. This Senior Sales Development Representative role is key to driving commercial growth across a wide and established customer base, with a strong focus on relationship building and account development rather than purely cold acquisition.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met, from initial enquiry through to delivery, while maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Key responsibilities include lead generation, customer engagement, quotation preparation, pipeline management, and supporting wider commercial strategy.

Skills & Experience:
The Senior Sales Development Representative will ideally have experience in sales development, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role. This Senior Sales Development Representative will suit someone with experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or industrial sectors, although this is not essential.

Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to opportunity creation are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
