Senior Sales Manager

A leading provider of construction solutions is looking to grow its presence in the UK and Ireland. We're seeking a Sales Manager to help strengthen industry relationships, support commercial growth, and promote our range of products and services across key regions.

Location: Flexible within the UK, with a preference for candidates based near major transport routes in the South or Midlands. Travel will be required.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s offerings and identify new business opportunities.
• Support project development and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and exhibitions.
• Provide training and support to partners and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Report on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

• Background in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in technical sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
