Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Estate Agency

Location: Colchester

Salary: £35,000 basic | OTE £65,000+
Car Allowance: £3,600 per annum
Hours: Full-time (5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota)

About the Role:

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator/ ASM looking to step up into a leadership role.

You will be responsible for the full 360-degree sales process — from generating and converting valuations, securing new business, managing and progressing sales, to mentoring junior staff and driving branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
• Managing and converting leads to maintain strong sales pipelines
• Negotiating offers and overseeing sales progression
• Generating new business through local networking and proactive outreach
• Supporting the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Delivering a high standard of service to buyers, sellers, and vendors

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in residential sales within estate agency
• Confident in valuing, listing, and closing
• Motivated, professional, and customer-focused
• Excellent knowledge of the Colchester market (or local area experience)
• A natural leader with strong commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence required
