The role involves leading the sales strategy and driving growth across Europe, focusing on key client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of exceeding sales targets and experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales strategy across Europe
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborating closely with internal teams for product alignment
• Regular travel across the UK and Europe

Ideal qualifications:

• Demonstratable experience in technical sales including in a senior role
• Strong knowledge of scientific instrumentation or Biotechnologies
