Senior Sales Negotiator

With a strong reputation and growing presence in the East Suffolk/South East Norfolk market, they are now seeking a driven and customer-focused professional to join their successful team.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 DOE
• Realistic OTE of up to £32,000 DOE (Uncapped)

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your duties will be:

• Greeting and registering buyers and vendors
• Matching clients to properties and arranging viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
• Generating valuation leads and supporting instructions
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Building strong relationships with clients and applicants

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator, you must have:

• Minimum of 12 months' recent experience in a Sales Negotiator role
• Strong proven track record in Estate Agency
• A strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
• Confident, personable, and customer-focused
• A collaborative team player with individual initiative
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Good local knowledge of the Beccles area is desirable
