Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 basic (OTE £30,000 – £40,000+) + £2,000 car allowance and ancillary commission
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm (plus alternate Saturdays)
 
Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency with a strong presence across Surrey and South West London, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales / Senior Negotiator to join their successful team in Farnham. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and provide market advice to clients
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from instruction to completion
• Proactively generate new business opportunities and leads
• Promote and sell additional services such as conveyancing and mortgage referrals
• Work closely with vendors and buyers, providing updates and support throughout the sales journey
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate property records
• Represent the brand in a professional manner both in the office and out in the field

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in estate agency sales, ideally at negotiator or senior negotiator level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong local market knowledge is advantageous
• A proactive, target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Full UK driving licence
