Job Description - Senior Sales Negotiator

Senior Sales Negotiator
Chelsea
£30,000 basic
OTE £70,000

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Handling offers, negotiations, and closing sales in a timely and professional manner.
Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values.
Managing property listings, marketing campaigns, and ensuring the best exposure for each property.
Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.

Key Skills & Requirements:

At least 18 months experience as a high performing Sales Negotiator in London.
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the Chelsea property market is advantageous.
A proactive and positive approach with a passion for delivering great results.
