An award-winning property consultancy is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join its high-performing team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional with experience in prime residential markets to work with premium homes and discerning clients across Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential property sales from valuation to completion
Negotiate high-value transactions with confidence and precision
Provide expert guidance to vendors and buyers
Maintain strong local market knowledge and client relationships
Support and mentor junior negotiators as needed

What You’ll Need:

Experience in residential sales, ideally in prime markets
Proven negotiation and client service skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
NAEA or RICS membership (a plus)
