The Opportunity
As the Senior Sales Negotiator , you will be at the forefront of their business, responsible for generating new instructions and driving the sales success. You will:

• Conduct accurate and informed property valuations, taking into account market trends, comparable sales, and property-specific features.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential vendors, clearly articulating our agency's unique selling points and value proposition.
• Present compelling and persuasive valuation proposals, effectively converting leads into new business.
• Keep abreast of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to team targets.
• Occasionally assist with other aspects of the sales process as required.

What They Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally within the Chelmsford or surrounding area.
• A strong understanding of the local property market and valuation principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A confident and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for property.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Whats On Offer:

• Basic Salary of £30,000 plus a car allowance and uncapped commission.
• OTE £70,000
